🕯️ For the Dreamers, the Wounded, and the Wild Ones
Mystikana is for the seekers, dreamers, the mystics. For anyone who hears music in the trees, who’s felt the shadows press too close, who still believes in magic — even when it hurts.
We’re so grateful you’re here…

Mystikana was born from a deep dive into darkness. A leap into the unknown reservoirs of what makes or breaks a soul. Like so many creators who we were cut and carved, we tried to make something beautiful out of what tried to break us.
We are Juliana and Ariana, sisters who always had a deep love for nature. Our grandma taught us what it was to feel beyond the veils of what is seen, to trust the heart above all things. She awakened us to our power to dream. Our childhood was colored by stories and silence — secrets buried under moss and starlight. Paths illuminated by fire, not always forgiving light. And when the world failed to protect us, we escaped into worlds of our own making.

Mystikana, like a seed that has been flooded by storms and parched by drought, has finally begun to sprout. What it will become remains uncertain, but one thing is clear—it cannot be stopped. What began as whispered dreams of sirens, pirates, and forest elves has weathered all trials to become our very life. We are excited to share with you the vibrant colors, haunting sounds, intricate textures, and mystical threads that have been woven through every twist and turn of this journey…
Music — Echoes from the Other Side
Our music is how we transmute grief into gold, fools or otherwise.
Music is a deeply sacred being to us. It’s not something we choose to do, it’s something we have to do… It’s like breathing. But writing lyrics is like a process of diving into a dark cave of ice cold water and looking for a glimmer of light in the darkness. Your not always sure what you are going to find, and it might be a little weird.Â

It’s ethereal, ancient, and laced with memory — each song feels like a spell, a thread connecting us to something greater. We make music as a family: our mother, with her intuitive harmonies and deep sense of rhythm, collaborates with us to channel something we don’t fully understand but deeply feel.

Novel: A Dance of Shadows
At the heart of this ever-evolving journey is Mystikana: A Dance of Shadows—a fantasy, mystery, and sci-fi psychological novel set in a steampunk Victorian world where six magical realms have collided. With over 13 character perspectives and interwoven timelines, this work in progress is as much a creation of the lives we’ve lived as it is a prediction of what’s to come. Every character, every twist, is born from the people and experiences we’ve encountered, with the lines between them sometimes blurring in uncanny ways.

The novel follows a hauntingly beautiful and complex cast of characters navigating forbidden love, dark magic, and hidden truths, set against a world that teeters on the edge of collapse. At its heart is Esmeralda Ravigaar, a young woman from the most powerful human family, accused of murder and sent to a northern psychiatric facility to learn to control her immense power as a feared Chimera hybrid. The story delves into the mystery of someone hunting Chimera women, with secrets rippling across dimensions, unearthing ancient prophecies and dark experiments.
The timelines are intricately woven, creating a tapestry of seven races and hybrids, including elven-siren mixes, elven-shifter-fairies, and other mystical beings. As the story unfolds, we realize that the shadows and demons that haunt the pages of Mystikana are not just confined to the realms we’ve created—they exist in the world around us, too. We are writing them into existence, shaping them from the very forces that have influenced our own journey.
A particularly captivating character is a dark, Poe-like elven writer, a delicate yet powerful figure struggling with addiction and the seductive pull of darkness—whose very presence stirs temptation in even the most guarded souls. His storyline is just one of the many perspectives that reflects the complexity of the world we are building.
With each passing day, the roots of Mystikana continue to grow, but how long it will take before it’s ready to share with the world is still unknown. It is, as always, a work in progress—but one that we know will be worth the wait.
Living at Sea

We lived on a 30 ft sailboat for over a year. Sailed down to the Caribbean without knowing how because we were determined to live the life of magic, free of the ordinary.

We’ve watched the moon rise over open water, listened to creatures sing beneath our hull, and drifted far from the noise of society.
Those years gave us space to reflect, to heal, to create. The sea became our mother, too — unpredictable, vast, and full of secret songs. That sense of drift, longing for home within and depth runs through all of Mystikana.
